We are looking for an Area Sales Manager who will be responsible for building an effective team by supervising, training, and qualifying sales supervisors to achieve the targets and strategic goals of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales' targets per Brand and per SKU.
- Review monthly KPIs' report and ensure all team's KPIs are met.
- Perform periodic field visits with the purpose of evaluating and reporting the sales team's performance and the market situation.
- Monitor and report the status of competitive products in the market continuously.
- Support the Routing Team on their routes periodically, and match actual locations with their coordinates.
- Direct, solve supervisors' problems and any customer issues related to the area under their supervision.
- Analyze sales activities and determine growth & cost-cut opportunities.
- Approve updates of customers' lists and removal of non-active customers from the routes.
- Follow up on commercial marketing equipment (displays at customers) and periodically report their status.
- Develop the skills of sales team to improve their performance.
- Ensure the company policies are implemented and complied by the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience in Similar role
- Multi-national experience is a plus
