Job Description
- Create a healthy work environment and make sure all employees are always able to perform well in their tasks.
- Implement training and development plans
- Plan monthly, quarterly and annual performance review sessions
- Forecast hiring needs and run recruitment process smoothly
- Stay close to employees to early detect issues that may affect workflow.
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
- Keep record of employees.
- Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
- Administer insurance programs
- Stay up-to-date and with changes in labor legislation
- Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
- Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Team management skills
