Job Description

• Preparing Tender Drawings
• Quantity surveying of projects.
• Preparing Pricing Guide of Projects
• Highly Aware with finishing Materials in market
• Issuing submittal of all materials used in the projects.
• Highly aware with Mep Coordination .
• Highly aware with building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural and civil designs.
• Issue requests for information (RFI) document to inquire about conflicting or missing information.

• Bachelor's degree of Engineering “Architecture Department is a must ”, “ government university is a prefer , "Institutes are forbidden”.
• +3 : 5 years Experience.
• Highly aware with Engineering Related Programs : Autocad -Photoshop - Revit “is a must” - Excel “basic background”.
• Excellent inter personal Skills.
• Ability to work in team.
• Communication Skills.
• Fluent in English Speaking and written.
