Overview of the role:

 

To act on behalf of the developer as his representative to coordinate client contracts, expectations, and requests, to ensure these are compliant with the developer specifications, and community rules.

 

What you will do:

 

  • Review sales agreements.
  • Ensure the handover to the clients is as per the sales agreement.
  • Hand over-allocated units to clients upon the nominated handover date.
  • Receive and attend to queries from buyers and their consultants concerning unit specification, community/fit-out regulations, etc.
  • Monitor fit-out activities for the handed-over residential units to ensure the fitting-out process has been executed according to community regulations/manual and sales agreement.
  • Ensure the client has paid in full all their financial obligations before handover.
  • Monitor construction progress and provide the required site survey for inspecting the residential units to ensure the units’ handover on time.
  • Follow up on the services provided to residential homeowners.
  • Manage the upkeep/uplift of the common areas and community services across the residential zones.
  • Create and generate ideas for common areas enhancements 

 

Required Skills to be successful:

 

  • The required total experience for this position is 3 years with a real estate background.

 

What equips you for the role:

 

  • BSc in Architectural Engineering.
  • Excellent English proficiency for transparent collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Mastery of AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 3D Max for precise and creative design execution.
